Description: Mepilex Ag Silver Foam Dressing is a foam dressing. Ionic silver bonded to a silicone foam. Silver dressings are active only in moist wound environment

INTENDED USES: Venous Stasis Ulcers, Pressure Ulcers (III-IV), Diabetic/Neuropathic Ulcers, Surgical Wounds, Trauma Wounds, Burns (1st & 2nd), Grafts, Donor Sites

CLAIMED BENEFITS: Topical broad spectrum anti-microbial to address heavy bacterial contamination of a wound. Often used in combination with systemic antibiotic therapy.
