83 year old gentleman who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2012. He underwent external beam radiation.
Pt has already received 2 courses of HBO (37 session the first time then 25 additional seven months apart) in 2018 for gross hematuria. Urology has noted another reoccurrence of bleeding. Is it possible to do another course of HBO?

Yes, it would, as long as HBOT provider can ensure that the urologist has ruled out other causes of hematuria (including recurrency of the malignancy) and ask urologist to confirm in writing that the new hematuria is due to radiation.
